At Above Bistro, Chef George Panos presents TogetherWe Taste: a celebration of refined gastronomy and authentic Greek hospitality. Inspired by Greece’s timeless tradition of gathering around the table, this menu turns dinner into a shared ritual—designed to be enjoyed together, course by course, as conversation flows and flavors unfold. Set at Imerovigli—the highest point of the caldera—guests enjoy an intimate, carefully curated setup with breathtaking caldera and volcano views, framed by the Santorini sunset. Expect a vibrant selection of Santorinian seafood, local delicacies, and inventive Mediterranean creations, paired with soft background music for an effortlessly romantic atmosphere. Free parking on the premises is included for your convenience. Perfect for Proposals, Anniversaries, Celebrations, Enjoying Life Moments Starting time You’re welcome to arrive anytime after 6:00 PM—we simply need your estimated arrival time in advance.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required upon reservation. Reservations may be canceled 10 days before the reserved time slot (or earlier). After that, canceling a reservation or failing to appear will result in a charge of the 50% deposit per guest. A minimum of 2 guests per booking is required for this reservation.
