Chef George Panos, born and raised in Thebes, influenced by his aunt who instilled in him his great love for cooking, entered the kitchens he loved so much at the age of 17. He studied at Le Monde and worked in large restaurants in Mykonos, Santorini, Crete, and Athens. Ambassador of fusion Greek cuisine, he makes sure to choose local producers and be inspired by the place and the people of the area in which he operates. To
