Indulge in a secluded full‑course dining experience for two, designed by Cavalieri’s distinguished Chef and tailored to your tastes. As the sun melts into the sea, the caldera and volcano views create a breathtaking backdrop for a truly magical evening. For an even more memorable setup, you can add special touches such as flower decorations, candles, live music, rose petals, or fireworks (available with surcharge). The experience - Setting: 360° views at the top of the estate - Views: Sunset & moonrise, caldera & volcano view - Experience: Romantic table setup, background music - Dining: 3 degustation menu options (seafood, meat, or vegetarian) - Extras: Free parking on premises Perfect for Proposals, anniversaries, celebrations. Starting time: 7:15–7:45 PM. You will be notified in case of a slight time amendment.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of €250 is required upon reservation, with a minimum of 2 guests per booking. Reservations may be canceled 10 days before the reserved time slot (or earlier). After that, canceling a reservation or failing to appear will result in a charge of €125 per guest. In case of bad weather conditions, the dinner will be moved to an indoor area — the private cellar or Above Bistro.
